just an 'update' blog

i'm all moved in to philly. classes start the day after tomorrow. i'm taking 16 credits so i'm glad i'm not overloaded. and i'm taking a yoga class for one credit! i'm really excited about that. i talked to the manager at brew ha ha and he may have filled the position already. that sucks. my roommate is a nice girl. we'll get along, but we're different people and i can't see us getting close. i have only talked to a few people. making friends is really hard for me. but i know that it will be easier when i start classes. and there are actually a few cute boys in my major that i got to know already. that was exciting because i've been spending all week with freshman and i actually got to meet some transfer students in my major. i really like being in the city and i'm glad that i am finally going to a big school. not that big, but bigger than any other school i've attended. i have my brand new laptop and i'm really excited. i love it. i can't figure out how to switch my music from my old computer to this one, but once i figure that out, everything's copasetic. i've already found some really cool places and shops around me. so that's really exciting. i've only had one person come visit me so far, but brittany said she's coming friday night. and i think wendy, dani, and vinnie plan to come soon. christina and i got our best friend tattoos and i don't regret it one bit; they look great.

i really really want to poke some smot right now.

my apartment is really small, but it forces me to only keep what's important. so that's a good thing. i brought my dad's guitar to keep practicing but i haven't even picked it up to play yet.
